you CMA Comparative Market Analysis that helps you evaluate various properties. We’ll work with
you to write an offer and negotiate to help get your offer accepted by the Seller.

Acceptance of an Offer -- Once your
offer is accepted by the seller we’ll work with you to facilitate rest of the buying processes.
ð Home Inspections and Processing -- We will
work on our behalf with the lender, home inspector, real estate title/settlement Company and other local vendors/contractors
as required.

-- the last step in buying home is to close on the property. It is a process to address real estate contractual
matters – transfer of title, deed papers, payment to the seller – transfer of funds etc.
